KYC verification is mandatory in application (Crib Tenant) on the day of joining
First month Rent and Advance must be paid on the day of joining
Fees should be paid before 5th or on your bill cycle of every month
Rs. 500 (Non AC) / 2,500 (AC) will be deduced from advance for maintenance and registration
Paid advance amount will not be returned if you don’t want to join PG
Paid fees amount will not be returned on any reason
Caution deposit will be refunded only on the day of vacating, it will not be adjusted on rents
Hostel management is not responsible for your belongings
Should inform hostel management, if you are going to native or out of station
In case if you want to vacate the room, should “initiate notice” in your mobile application (Crib Tenant) 30 days prior. If you missed out to initiate notice, advance amount will not be refunded
Locks and keys must be handled with care. If there is any damage found while you vacate hostel, advance amount will not be returned
Switch off fans & lights whenever not in use
Do not waste water
Keep your rooms and beds tidy and clean
Use washrooms properly, keep it tidy and clean
Should not hang your wet clothes inside the room
Should not lock any room while leaving premises
Should not use Iron box and Water heater
Indoor slippers are not allowed
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. If it comes to our knowledge, without prior notice guest will be sent out, without any refund
Don’t waste food. Take what you eat, eat what you take
Gate must be closed whenever coming in and going out
Park your bikes properly without disturbing others pathway
